Frequent Asked
Questions When Choosing a Broadband Surplus Purchasing Agent
Frequent Asked Questions
•Do I have to spend alot of time trying
to package this broadband equipment up and find a way
to ship the equipment I have?
Not at all. We can come to your location on site and package the equipment
and either truck it back to our warehouse location or bring it to a
local terminal.
•If I choose to ship it to Upstate
Broadband what shipping preference do ya'll have ?
For small items we prefer UPS.
For larger items requiring a pallet we use Roadway Express freight services.
•Do I need a pallet or shrink wrap to
ship via Roadway ?
Actually No! Roadway has pallets and shrink wrap available at their
local terminals and can completely assist with all shipments. We also
will take care of all paper work. All you have to do is bring the equipment
to the terminal and they will take care of the rest.
•How soon is the payment
sent after shipments are sent ?
As soon as the shipment arrives in our warehouse we will go through
the equipment to ensure everything is there and we will send the payment
the same day. Roadway usually takes 3 to 5 days in transit for deliveries.
•If there is a large project which will require more revenue
than usually is Upstate Broadband financially able to handle this without
having the customer wait 30 to 60 to 120 days for there funds ?

as soon as material is received or if we come to you will pay on the
spot.
